We do NOT accept returns at the moment.

If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send us an email at lab.gliminis@gmail.com with pictures attached within 7 days of delivery to request a return. 

If we agree to a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs you may have incurred.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
